It has a compact habit and is very productive. Compared to other Josta varieties, it is slow growing, only reaches a height of approx. 120 140 cm and forms arching long shoots. The wood needs to be rejuvenated and renewed a little more quickly than with other Confi berries. Jofruity is resistant to leaf
